  Last time I was in they charged much more than other local bolt Companies, today I came in 45 min after they opened and there was one other customer being helped. Person helping him did not acknowledge my presence, even when I stood up at the counter across from him. I could hear other employees in the back doing something, I waited five minutes and after still not being even asked to hold on or they would be right with me, I left for one of the other bolt places. Need to increase your customer service skills. Store looked nice and orderly though.
